- Collection of rent and depositing into our REINZ approved and audited Trust account.

- Provision of detailed monthly statements and payment of net rentals in timeframes agreed with owner.
- Prompt follow-up with tenants as issues occur through a tenancy including resolution of insurance matters.
- Regular communication back to owners on matters affecting their investment.
We believe the depositing of funds into the individual sub-account set up for each owner under our Trust Account is a very important security measure for our owners. This Trust Account is audited three times a year by external auditors and has the protection of the Fidelity Fund set up by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
