Our Valuation practice became the largest in the South Island in April 2008, when Livingstones acquired 100% of Fright Aubrey Ltd, the highly regarded independent valuation and property consultancy based in Christchurch. An experienced team of Valuers delivers quality reports for Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential purposes and also has particular expertise in the areas of aged care facilities, tourism, hospitality, supermarkets and bulk retail.

Our head office is located in central Christchurch in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, which we manage. We also operate from branches in the CBDs of Auckland and Wellington.

Colliers affiliation

Our ability to offer a full range of professional services was further enhanced by our alliance in June 2007 with Colliers International New Zealand.
This affiliation resulted in Livingstones taking over the Colliers commercial property management portfolio throughout New Zealand and becoming the preferred property management platform for Colliers International New Zealand business. In return, Colliers bought a cornerstone shareholding in Livingstones, which was increased in April 2008, bringing its total shareholding to 53% of the enlarged entity.
